The Greenwich GP surgeries that patients find easiest and most difficult to call
Briefly

The GP Patient Survey revealed notable disparities in patient experiences for contacting GP surgeries over the phone, with scores ranging from 66% for Plumbridge Medical Centre to just 8% for Plumstead H/C PMS. The data from around 2.56 million questionnaires highlights the importance of accessibility in healthcare, as patient ease of contact with their GP is a crucial measure of service quality. The significant differences among practices point to areas needing improvement for patient satisfaction in south east London.
A spokesperson for South London Integrated Care Board stated: "We are pleased to see that across south east London there has been significant improvement in the experience of patients contacting their GP by phone. This signifies the hard work of our practices and ICB teams to enhance accessibility and communication with patients. We will continue to strive for further improvements in patient interaction and ensure that contacting GP services remains a simplified and effective process."
