We've asked for a commode, and they did provide it but they didn't even bother to say, look, you know, we'll bring a screen to put in front so nobody can see her...It's taking away their dignity.
A spokesperson for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust says it is 'clear' they didn't get things right here, and they acknowledged that 'this isn't good enough'.
