Dengue fever cases in New York and New Jersey are worrisome to the CDC, with infected Aedes mosquito bites causing a record high across the Americas.
At least 143 New York residents are sick, predominantly in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Suffolk, and Westchester, all having recently traveled to contract the virus according to the CDC.
