Our Emergency Department is reaching critical capacity levels and patients are waiting several hours for an inpatient bed. We are working very hard to care for every patient.
Between October 2022 and September 2023, patients boarded in the hospital's ED for a total of 381,228 hours, which was a 32 percent increase from the previous 12-month period.
