Dr Sayed Talibi of Tamworth, Staffordshire was removed from the General Medical Council register after the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service found his fitness to practise impaired. Findings included threatening and physically assaulting a woman, intentionally penetrating her without consent, and contacting her in breach of a non-molestation order. He uploaded a dating-profile image showing a patient's exposed brain without consent and illegally recorded a court hearing. Investigations recorded racist and derogatory statements, photographs posing with weapons, viewing violent footage, theft of 23.50 worth of milk powder, and providing false information to his energy provider over a 770 energy bill.
