Beckie Robertson '82 was honored with the Cornell Duffield Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award on April 23 for her innovative career in biotechnology and commitment to Cornell. The award ceremony took place in Upson Hall, attended by university leaders and alumni. Robertson is a co-founder and general partner at Versant Ventures, focusing on biotechnology and drug discovery. She has held various leadership roles and significantly contributed to Cornell's governance, currently serving as vice chair of the Cornell Board of Trustees.
