
Headless 360 lets customers access Salesforce data from tools such as Cursor, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, Claude, and terminals. Since launching at Trailhead DX in April, it has processed 4.5 million MCP calls and nearly a trillion API calls. The platform is positioned to increase implementations, consumption, workflow actions, data access, and intelligence across Salesforce. The focus is on knowledge workers who can reach Salesforce through everyday tools without context switching into a separate app. Salesforce plans to bring its agentic CRM to every surface and work with customers and partners to monetize new interactions. Headless 360 expands Salesforce into new addressable areas and adds a fourth monetization vector beyond seat upgrades, new user pockets, and flex credits.
