"1-3 years experience in outbound sales as an SDR/BDR (B2B SaaS is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication, you can be concise without being generic You are comfortable reaching out to marketing roles and talking about outcomes and KPIs You are process-driven and data-oriented: you track what works and adjust fast Familiarity with paid social or MarTech/AdTech is a plus (Meta, campaign workflows, ROAS, creative testing) You bring energy and resilience without relying on volume alone Fluent English and German"

Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book demos with clear agendas and next steps, and collaborate with Marketing on ICP, messaging, sequences, and conversion experiments. Maintain clean CRM data, capture market feedback for Product and commercial teams, and continuously improve processes by testing, measuring, and iterating on conversion, reply, and show rates. Fluency in English and German required.
