Awaken will stop independent operations, and senior team members will join IREN under executive employment agreements, including founder and CEO Chris Parker, who will lead IREN’s brand and marketing strategy. Awaken previously served as IREN’s lead external marketing partner supporting AI Cloud growth initiatives. The acquisition supports IREN’s focus on strengthening brand awareness as it expands into new regions and customer segments across North America, Europe, and APAC. Media planning and buying for Awaken’s clients will be handled by This Is Flow, including Proximo, Amazon Ring, Fuji Film, Panasonic, and Opal Health Care.
