Why a TikTok video has reignited interest in a Co Wexford cinema that has been vacant for 14 years
Briefly

Proprietor Graham Spurling reflected on the cinema's decline stating, "We don't see a future for it, which is terribly sad. We have tried manfully for the guts of three years to turn the thing around but it was a losing battle. There has been a massive downturn in business."
TikTok creator Jamie Robinson expressed his surprise at the cinema's condition after years of closure, saying, "When you see the condition of this place, you won't believe that it has been closed for over ten years, honestly. It is mad, most of it has been kept in such good condition."
Robinson noted the cleanliness and condition of the premises as he described, "Yeah there is some mold on the wall, but apart from that the condition is absolutely amazing," indicating the unexpected maintenance of the site.
