Briefly

Some of the responsibilities include to develop and execute global marketing strategy for a roster of Hip-Hop/R&B artists, with a heavy emphasis on digital and creator strategy. Work in tandem with the International Digital Strategy team to develop targeted campaigns that drive efficient and effective growth across all platforms.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Digital Strategy, A&R, Revenue, Product Development, TV & Film Licensing, and Artist Management to support the artist's brand. Understand and analyze streaming, social data, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
