Marvel Snap has resumed online services in the U.S. after a brief shutdown along with other ByteDance-affiliated apps like TikTok. Developer Second Dinner announced its efforts to partner with a new publisher and bring more services in-house to prevent future disruptions. While the game is back, players still face unresolved issues about in-app purchases, and Second Dinner is currently working on restoring the game on major app stores. TikTok was the first app to come back online, restoring service after under 24 hours.
