Lindelof appeared to be struck on the face by a lighter as United celebrated after Bruno Fernandes equalised from the penalty spot to make it 1-1 in the first half.The Swedish defender went down holding his face but he was OK to continue.United players then appeared to point out an object to referee Paul Tierney.
