Myles Lewis-Skelly appeal: Arsenal use Manchester United and Liverpool clips to get red card overturned
Briefly

Arsenal's appeal to reverse Lewis-Skelly's three-match ban was successful, determined by a three-member commission from the FA Judicial Panel. Using video evidence, including clips from recent matches, Arsenal demonstrated that while Lewis-Skelly's actions involved foul play, they did not constitute serious foul play. The FA's written rationale confirmed that the referee had made an obvious error in judgment. Consequently, Lewis-Skelly is now available to play against Manchester City this weekend, following the appeal that overturned his red card dismissal and removed the punishment.
Arsenal appealed the decision on Tuesday and they were successful, with a three-person commission - made up of Independent Football Panel Members of the FA Judicial Panel - all agreeing Lewis-Skelly's three-match ban should be removed.
The Commission members were unanimous in their opinion that the Referee had made an obvious error in sending off MLS for the challenge that he made.
