Witness Susanna Lawson recounted, 'Bruno got up and went to the back...We heard: Can we get help? We need help.' She saw him catch a collapsing passenger, showcasing his quick response.
Lawson praised Fernandes, stating, 'What an absolutely lovely man. He did it and didn't make a big deal out of it.' His composed demeanor was vital during the stressful situation at 30,000 feet.
