Man Utd's Hojlund close to Napoli loan

Rasmus Hojlund, 22, is close to completing a loan move from Manchester United to Serie A champions Napoli and is flying to Italy for a medical on Sunday. Manchester United and Napoli have agreed a loan with a clause that could make the move permanent for 38m if certain conditions are met. One condition is believed to be Napoli qualifying for next season's Champions League. Hojlund was left out of United's first four competitive matches of the season despite expressing a desire to stay, and he scored four league goals for United in 2024-25.

United and Napoli have agreed a deal that would see the Denmark international make the move a permanent 38m transfer if certain conditions are met.
One of those conditions is thought to be Antonio Conte's side qualifying for next season's Champions League. Last month, Hojlund expressed a strong desire to remain at United but he has since been left out of all four competitive games so far this season.
