Sunderland has completed the signing of DR Congo midfielder Noah Sadiki from Belgian club Royale Union Saint-Gilloise for a reported fee of 15m. The 20-year-old has signed a five-year contract with Sunderland, making him their third signing this summer. Sadiki previously played 108 matches for Union and contributed to their Belgian title win. Born in Brussels, he initially played for Belgium at youth level before switching to represent DR Congo and made his senior international debut in 2024. Sunderland aims to strengthen their squad ahead of their return to the Premier League.
