The Yankees announced Wednesday that they've claimed infielder/outfielder Jahmai Jones off waivers from the Brewers, who'd recently designated him for assignment.
Whether Jones sticks on the big league roster in New York is a fair question. He's out of minor league options, meaning he can't be sent to Triple-A Scranton without first passing through waivers.
