Chicago announced Friday they've claimed Peyton Burdick off waivers from the Orioles, replacing injured righty Matt Foster on the 40-man roster.
Burdick's blend of easy right-handed pop, speed, and ability to play all three outfield positions make him an intriguing depth pickup for the White Sox.
