Miguel Rojas signed a one-year, $5.5 million contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers for 2026, his announced final MLB season. The deal follows a Dodgers $10 million option exercise and will pay Rojas $5.5 million, $1.5 million less than previously predicted. Rojas will retire after 2026 and remain in the Dodgers organization in the player development department beyond 2026. Rojas produced multiple key plays in the 2025 World Series, including a Game 7-tying home run, a game-saving plate play, a Game 6-ending double play and a notable barehanded play.
