Kevin Herget, 33, signed with the Brewers in the offseason, but was designated for assignment and didn't appear in a game despite solid minor league performances.
While Herget has limited MLB experience with a high ERA, his work in the minors since 2021 shows promising stats with a lower ERA, and decent strikeout and walk rates.
