Daniel Vogelbach has been hired as a Brewers hitting coach while lead hitting coach Al LeBoeuf will not return to the major-league staff but will remain in the organization. Eric Theisen is the new lead hitting coach, with Vogelbach and Guillermo Martinez as assistants. The previous third base coach becomes offense and strategy coordinator, and Matt Erickson adds third base duties to his infield role. Jim Henderson becomes pitching coordinator and Juan Sandoval is elevated to assistant pitching coach. Spencer Allen joins the major-league staff as first base coach, replacing Julio Borbon.
