The Dodgers are experiencing an offensive resurgence after a dismal start to July. Despite missing Mookie Betts, they achieved a 5-2 victory against the Red Sox, marking their third win in four games. Prior to this, they averaged only three runs per game with a .205 batting average. Veteran outfielder Teoscar Hernández has improved his performance, hitting his first three-hit game since April and contributing significantly to the win. Andy Pages also showed improvement in his performance after a tough stretch.
"The Dodgers' lineup is showing renewed signs of life after averaging three runs per game with a .205 team batting average over the first nine games of July."
"Hernández recorded his first three-hit game since April and belted a two-run insurance homer in the top of the eighth against the Red Sox."
