The Eaton Fire, which ignited on January 7 near Altadena in Los Angeles County, has burned 14,021 acres, with firefighting units containing 89% of the blaze by January 21. Over 2,100 personnel are engaged, using engines, helicopters, and other equipment to combat the fire.
