To crack down on tee time brokers, L.A. golf courses will require $10 deposit
Briefly

The L.A. Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners approved a pilot program charging golfers a $10 non-refundable deposit to reserve tee times. The deposit goes towards greens fees.
The head of L.A.'s municipal golf division stated that the non-refundable deposit will deter brokers from profiting by cancelling and reselling tee times.
