"We'll be back day to day,"
"The bailiff has indicated that the Sheriff's Department will take it on a day by day basis, so hopefully he will be cleared tomorrow."
Los Angeles prosecutors charged 32-year-old Nick Reiner with murder after his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, were found stabbed in their Brentwood home. Police responded about 3:40 p.m. Sunday after the couple's daughter discovered them, and authorities arrested Nick around 9:15 p.m. in South Los Angeles near USC. He is being held without bail at Twin Towers Jail, classified as a suicide risk and placed under special supervision. Jail records showed he was scheduled to appear in court but was not medically cleared for transport. His attorney Alan Jackson has represented high-profile clients including Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey and earlier this year secured an acquittal for Karen Read on second-degree murder charges. Authorities have not provided details about a possible motive.
