Two gunmen attacked the Islamic Center of San Diego, killing three men. Mansour Kaziha and Nader Awad were identified after friends and family identified Amin Abdullah, a security guard credited with thwarting the attackers. The alleged gunmen were later found dead from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Police are investigating the attack as a hate crime. Mosque officials said all three victims played roles in responding to the attackers, including calling police, rushing to the facility, and helping divert people.
