The East Hollywood location was meant to be temporary; Ebgi's shift to the Wilshire Boulevard complex reflects a strategy for better location and audience engagement.
She underscores the logistical advantages of the new location: 'Unlike the Wilshire complex, which provides its own parking lot, Fountain Avenue only offered metered parking.'
