'Life-threatening' storm to inundate Southern California beginning Sunday

"This will probably be categorized as our biggest storm this winter so far," said Emily Montanez, associate director with the L.A. County Office of Emergency Management.
"L.A. could see somewhere from a third to half of the average annual precipitation from this single storm coming up," said Daniel Swain, a climate scientist with UCLA.
