Six individuals are missing after a small plane crashed into the ocean off San Diego on Sunday. The U.S. Coast Guard reported the crash of a twin-engine Cessna 414 around 12:45 p.m., three miles from Point Loma. Despite rapid response from various agencies, including the Coast Guard and local police, no survivors had been located by late evening. Eyewitness Tyson Wislofsky described the plane’s descent, noting it was not flying straight before it crashed into the water. An investigation into the crash's cause is underway.
