Wide receiver Demarcus Robinson has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor DUI charge and received three years' probation along with a $390 fine. He must complete programs including a three-month alcohol treatment and a hospital and morgue program. Robinson was arrested in November for driving over 100 mph in a sedan and exhibited signs of alcohol impairment. Charges for a blood alcohol content over 0.08% and driving without a valid license were dismissed. Robinson had previously played for the Rams and signed a two-year contract with the 49ers.
