A developer, LS Estates, is transforming 17 Columbus Courtyard into a life sciences hub and is seeking public input through an online survey. The initiative aims to gather community suggestions on enhancing social impact, primarily in education, employment, and sustainability. This project will feature 180,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space, along with communal areas like cafes and meeting rooms. To ensure broad accessibility, the survey is available in multiple languages, and a pop-up event is scheduled in Whitechapel.
As a socially conscious developer, we want to engage proactively with our neighbours across Tower Hamlets to promote the exciting opportunities that life sciences will bring to this part of London.
The survey aims to gather suggestions on how the development can benefit the community, with a focus on education, employment, and sustainability.
