In Hoxton, a woman named Iknur Senyurt has been charged with criminal damage after multiple cars were reported to have been damaged by litter thrown onto them. The incident occurred on May 26 near Weymouth Terrace, leading to police involvement. Several cars, at least three according to reports, sustained damage, with visible signs of trash, including bin bags and boxes, strewn across the area. Senyurt was charged on May 27 and is expected to appear in court again on June 25.
A woman has been charged after a number of cars were smashed and rubbish was thrown on them in Hoxton.
Police were called to reports of a person throwing rubbish onto cars off Weymouth Terrace near Fellows Court on May 26 at 5.58am.
The Metropolitan Police says that a number of cars were damaged, the images seen by the Gazette suggesting at least three were affected.
Iknur Senyurt, 22, of Kingsland Road, was charged with criminal damage the following day (May 27).
