Ulez protesters fined for harassing Sadiq Khan
Briefly

During the hearing, the court was told the protest, named "Khanage at Khan's," took place on 6 April, roughly 100m from his home in Tooting.
District Judge Daniel Sternberg stated that the protest was loud, featured amplified music—including the theme tune to The Bill—and contained offensive language.
Judge Sternberg concluded that the protesters "knew, or ought to have known, that their presence was likely to cause alarm or distress to Sadiq Khan."
The victim surcharges will not go to Mr Khan; rather, the funds will support victims of crime through the Victim and Witness General Fund.
