Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, also known as Tommy Robinson, was filmed walking away from an alleged assault at St Pancras International railway station on July 28. After leaving for Tenerife the next morning, he returned to England and was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. The British Transport Police had previously confirmed a man was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. He was discharged from the hospital after the incident. Yaxley-Lennon has been bailed until September 8 while investigations continue.
