A teenage man was struck by a car in Little Island, Cork, at 11.50pm on Friday night. He was taken to Cork University Hospital where he later died. Forensic Collision investigators examined the scene. Gardaí are seeking witnesses and requesting road users with camera footage from the area between 1pm and midnight on Friday to come forward. Information can be reported to Mayfield Garda Station or the Garda Confidential Line.
