Plans for the development of approximately 300 new homes around High Barnet tube station are progressing to a second consultation phase before submitting a planning application this summer. Barratt London and TfL's property subsidiary, Places for London, initially introduced the project last year, which includes new commercial units to benefit local residents and station users. The community engagement process has included multiple consultations, with opportunities for feedback. The project aims to enhance the area, contributing to the delivery of over 1,700 homes in surrounding developments.
