McGregor-Owned Black Forge Inn Set Ablaze in Suspected Arson

Conor McGregor's pub, The Black Forge Inn in Dublin, was the target of a suspected arson attack early Friday morning, with flames and smoke seen inside the venue. The Dublin Fire Brigade responded to the incident, which is believed to be criminal in nature. Fortunately, no injuries were reported and no arrests have been made. This attack follows a previous incident in 2022 where an attempted petrol bomb detonation occurred. Later, McGregor shared a photo of the pub on social media, suggesting resilience and hinting at future political ambitions.
The Dublin Fire Brigade and gardaí (police) were called to the scene, with the incident believed to be criminal in nature. A report of the fire was made sometime around 3AM local time.
Using a high pressure hose reel, one fire engine dealt with the incident and no injuries were reported. The scene was handed over to gardaí.
This is not the first time the Black Forge Inn has been the subject of an attack. An attempted petrol bomb detonation took place in 2022.
Conor McGregor posted a photo of the pub on social media, captioning it 'unbeatable.' The former UFC champ has had his eye on politics of late.
