"British Transport Police said a member of the public reported they had witnessed the offence on the walkway towards the District and Circle lines at Victoria station. Detectives released CCTV images of a man wearing a long tan coloured coat and carrying a blue shopping bag with the word Fish written on it."
"Officers believe the man in the images could have information that may assist their enquiries. Anyone who recognises him is asked to text BTP on 61016, call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 215 of 10 February.
