Paul Coulson's townhouse near Buckingham Palace was burglarized multiple times in December. Ali Lamnouar, 46, was caught on CCTV stealing valuables. Initially accused of stealing £1.25 million worth of goods, prosecutors later confirmed he stole items valued at £163,835.
