Khan pointed out that skilled immigrants provide significant economic benefits, with evidence showing they outperform their British counterparts in contributions. He acknowledged the challenging narrative surrounding migration but clarified the need for border control while valuing migrants' roles in society and the economy.
The idea that skilled migrants are spongers or skivers just isnât the case... I think we should have control of our borders.
