Police are searching for a suspect on a motorbike after gunshots were heard in Catford. The incident was reported to the Metropolitan Police at 3.43pm on May 14 in Ladywell Fields. The gunshots were heard by a number of people but no injuries were reported. There have been no arrests at this stage, though detectives have now shared a picture of a suspect on a motorbike. The image is understood to have been taken shortly after the gunshots were heard.
Det Insp Jordan Gardner said: 'My team are following multiple lines of inquiry in this investigation, which I know has caused concern in the community. We are now asking the public to help us in identifying this suspect and are also asking if anyone recognises the pictured motorbike.'
