Sienna Spiro Announces Debut Album Visitor
Sienna Spiro announced her debut album Visitor, releasing July 3 via Capitol. The announcement follows three new singles—“Die on this Hill,” “The Visitor,” and “You Stole the Show”—climbing the Billboard Hot 100. Visitor follows her 2025 debut EP Sink Now, Swim Later. The album was crafted with executive producer Omar Fedi, with songwriting contributions from Blake Slatkin, Michael Pollack, Yakob, and others. Pre-orders are ongoing. Spiro described the album’s themes around impermanence, fear of endings, and learning to savor moments without constantly worrying about the future. She will support the album with shows across Europe, the UK, and North America, including major festival appearances such as Lollapalooza, Newport Jazz Festival, Outside Lands, All Things Go, Austin City Limits, All Points East, and Montreaux Jazz Festival.
"“I've always had a strong awareness of impermanence; I'm very fearful of things ending and people leaving,” Spiro wrote in a statement about Visitor. “It's so intense that I often won't participate in new relationships or anything I know won't last, so in a way I've spent most of my life feeling like a visitor - like someone who's just passing through. Making this album really taught me how to savor things in the moment, instead of constantly worrying about the future.”"
"“When people hear the record, I hope it helps them to find some comfort in the fact that everything is temporary. We don't always have to rush to let go - we can let things matter without needing them to last.”"
"Visitor serves as the follow-up to Spiro's debut 2025 EP Sink Now, Swim Later. She crafted the LP with executive producer Omar Fedi (SZA, Sam Smith); she also wrote songs for the album with Blake Slatkin, Michael Pollack, Yakob, and more. Pre-orders are ongoing."
"Spiro will support Visitor with a handful of shows in Europe, the UK, and North America. She'll perform at some major festivals this year, with slots confirmed for Lollapalooza, Newport Jazz Festival, Outside Lands, All Things Go, and Austin City Limits. Abroad, Spiro will also play All Points East and the famed Montreaux Jazz Festival."
