Starting June 28, new timetables for multiple London bus routes will be implemented, including changes to routes 28, 39, 72, and others. These modifications aim to improve service frequencies, especially during peak times. Route 28 will see an increase in daytime frequency, while route 39 will have a temporary timetable during Wimbledon. Similarly, routes 72 and 94 will adjust their service frequencies due to ongoing roadworks. Some changes are permanent, whereas others will only last until construction is completed in Shepherd's Bush.
Route 28 will have a new timetable on all days of the week, with the frequency restored to every 10 minutes during the daytime from Monday to Saturday.
Transport for London operates one of the largest bus networks in the world, running over 8,000 buses across more than 600 routes, designed for accessible transport.
