Horne, who has a history of supporting deprived youth, wants to bring people together on skates. The first ten attendees can sign up early for a discount, and minors need adult supervision.
"I've always been passionate about doing things that uplift and support people. I used to run a recording studio in Woolwich Arsenal to help disadvantaged youth and give back to the community. Now, I want to bring people together again this time on wheels."
