Led Zeppelin will release a new Live EP on September 12th to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their double-LP Physical Graffiti. This collection will include four live recordings previously available on the 2003 Led Zeppelin DVD. Among the tracks featured are 'In My Time of Dying' and 'Trampled Under Foot' recorded in 1975 and 'Sick Again' and 'Kashmir' from 1979. A new version of the Physical Graffiti Deluxe Edition will also accompany the EP, featuring a bonus promo poster replica alongside the original Companion Audio disc.
The new Live EP features four concert recordings from the 2003 Led Zeppelin DVD, including tracks from performances at Earl's Court in 1975 and Knebworth in 1979.
The 50th anniversary release includes an updated version of the 2015 Physical Graffiti Deluxe Edition, along with a new bonus promo poster replica.
Jimmy Page emphasized the importance of album sequencing, stating, 'I always thought the sequencing of an album was really important and that was part of my role as the producer.'
