A range of exhibitions runs from Friday through Monday across Limerick city and county. Limerick City Gallery of Art hosts Memory of a Free Festival until June 20, alongside Permanent Collection Selections and Penti Menti by Sarah Dwyer until June 14. Other museum and gallery offerings include OUR: Conversations with the Collection and Our, Óir, Ore: Four Millennia of Limerick Silver and Gold, continuing through summer months. Dressed to Impress: Sybil Connolly and the Art of Irish Elegance runs until the end of July. The Little Limerick Exhibition runs until June 12, featuring miniature models inspired by the city and its people. Newcastle West Show returns on Bank Holiday Monday, June 1, from 11am to 5pm at Shanagarry, with competitions, animal shows, vintage vehicles, live fire service demonstrations, arts and crafts, live music, food vendors, children’s entertainment, and free entry for all children.
