The annual Eid on the Square event took place in sunshine at Trafalgar Square with hundreds of people of all faiths attending. The free Eid al-Adha celebration was organised by the Mayor of London and included musical performances, food stalls, art installations, and a girls fencing team exhibition. The main stage featured performances by British musician Khaled Siddiq, Danish rapper Isam B, and the London Arab Orchestra. In a recorded message, Sir Sadiq welcomed attendees regardless of faith, race, or background.
