Greta Van Fleet's Jake Kiszka Announces Album and Tour with His New Band MIRADOR
Briefly

MIRADOR, a new band featuring Jake Kiszka and Chris Turpin, released their debut single "Feels Like Gold," from their self-titled album due on September 19th. Kiszka and Turpin, who first connected in 2018 while on tour, found a strong creative bond. The band's music blends mythic storytelling with Delta blues and rock, focusing on themes like conquest and hope. After a month of touring, they recorded the album live in two weeks with producer Dave Cobb. The band's lineup includes Mikey Sorbello and Nick Pini, with a 32-date international tour planned.
"We were like long lost brothers," said Kiszka in a press release. "After we wrote those songs, I realized we had a chemistry I'd never had with anybody but my own brothers. It was obvious we needed to do this."
Blending mythic storytelling, Delta blues, and genre-pushing rock, "Feels Like Gold" tackles themes of conquest, cultural collision, and hope in the face of chaos.
Its raw, thunderous, and packed with the kind of guitar sorcery you'd expect from two of modern rock's most respected players.
MIRADOR entered the studio with Dave Cobb, recording their debut album live in just two weeks.
