The first session took place on 10 April 1979 at VARA Studio 2, in Hilversum, North Holland, with Baker's then current touring band, while the second session on 9 November featured a Dutch pick-up band.
What's more, his scatting is engaging. In fact it borders on the enchanting - beautifully recorded and putting him in the room with the listener, alive and well (well, alive anyway) after all these years.
